Courtney Olufs has been playing softball since she could hold a bat. After many years of travel ball and graduating from Andrew High School, she matriculated at Kishwaukee College where she was a starter at Catcher and 3B. "Corky" has coached the Orland Park Bandits and Tinley Park Rockers. She brings her experience as a college athlete and scholar to the team. Sportsmanship, dedication and work ethic are the fundamentals she hopes to carry over to every player

Steve Ball is a graduate of Illinois State University.  He is a full time professional pitching and hitting instructor who has played, umpired, coached and taught softball for over thirty years. He has 4 former students who were Illinois Gatorade Players of the Year and many of his students have gone on to be successful at all college levels. His goal is to teach girls the fundamentals of the game while learning to think outside the box.
